3Search is seeking a Director of Field Engineering for the UK&I Public Sector in London, hybrid arrangement. You will own both pre-sales and post-sales activities across central government, law enforcement, and regulatory bodies, while personally leading the most complex, high-value accounts and developing the team.
You will drive Net New ARR and NRR targets, serve as the trusted senior counterpart to government programme directors, CDOs and CTOs, and report to the VP Field Engineering, EMEA.
