With a rebrand completed and acquisition accelerating, the business is investing in product capability to strengthen customer journeys, improve retention, and unlock further commercial performance.

The Product Manager will play a pivotal role in supporting acquisition and retention initiatives across a subscription-led ecommerce platform, working closely with a senior product leader to drive delivery, improve process maturity, and optimise commercial outcomes.

  • Own backlog grooming and ensure strong user story quality
  • Partner with UX to drive research-led improvements
  • Improve conversion, LTV and key commercial metrics
