A high-growth digital agency in London is on the hunt for a seasoned Paid Search Leader to take charge of their most complex, flagship retail accounts. If you’re passionate about eCommerce and live for the buzz of data-driven campaigns, this one’s for you!

The Paid Search Lead will blend strategic ownership with hands-on execution, while supporting the Head of Paid Search to evolve the wider proposition.
Role Highlights:- Lead paid search strategy across a portfolio of 4-5 high-growth ecommerce clients
- Maintain hands-on control of campaign build, pacing and optimisation for select, more complex accounts
- Champion paid search within client strategy meetings and commercial negotiations
- Test new platform features and guide wider team adoption
- Collaborate across performance channels (SEO, Paid Social, Brand) to shape full-funnel plans
- Work closely with the Head of Paid Search to define and refine playbooks, frameworks and QA processes
- Mentor and support Specialists and Senior Specialists, challenging their thinking and helping them navigate the “grey areas” of complex account management
- Proven success working in retail/ecommerce or agency-led paid search roles
- Deep platform knowledge in Google Ads, Performance Max, Shoptimised, Search Ads 360 etc.
- Desire to remain close to the day-to-day execution of Paid Search, whilst still being strategic
- Strong commercial acumen, especially around P&L linked performance
- Confidence presenting strategy, leading client meetings and problem solving with senior stakeholders
- A track record of growing client revenue and building strong lasting relationships
- Desire to mentor and potentially step into a team leadership role
- Flexible hybrid model with flexible working hours
- Up to ÂŁ3,000 annual development budget + 5 PD days
