- Someone ideally with agency experience who is comfortable working in a fast-paced, project-led environment and enjoys jumping between multiple briefs at different stages of delivery.
- A designer who responds imaginatively and energetically to creative briefs, contributing ideas as well as execution, and who takes pride in producing thoughtful, beautifully crafted work.
- Someone confident working across branding (more conceptual), digital (main skills lean) and print, with the versatility to move from brand systems and guidelines through to campaign collateral, websites and sales materials.
- A collaborative communicator who enjoys working closely with creative leadership and peers, can articulate ideas clearly, and thrives in a friendly, close-knit, ego-free studio environment.

- High-quality design exposure, producing polished, considered work across digital channels, brochures, presentations and campaign materials.
- Digital design for web and UI, ideally using Figma, with an appreciation for how digital design supports and elevates luxury brand experiences.
- Presenting and communicating ideas clearly, whether internally with the team or when talking through creative thinking and design rationale.
- Using modern tools to enhance your process, including AI and emerging technologies, to support ideation, visualisation and efficient production, while always applying strong creative judgement and oversight.
