Working within a product‑led and data‑rich environment, you’ll combine technical CRM expertise with strong commercial thinking to deliver measurable growth. As the Technical CRM & Marketing Automation Manager, you’ll own the evolution of Braze as a strategic growth platform – building sophisticated customer journeys, unlocking deeper segmentation, and delivering highly personalised experiences that influence customer behaviour across the full lifecycle.

The Technical CRM & Marketing Automation Manager will lead the development of scalable CRM and marketing automation strategies, driving retention, engagement, and revenue through advanced lifecycle orchestration and customer intelligence.

Role Highlights
  • Own and optimise advanced lifecycle journeys across email, push, in‑app, and multi‑channel CRM
  • Act as the in‑house Braze expert, driving platform capability, automation, and best practice

You Will Need

  • Proven ability to connect CRM activity directly to commercial outcomes, including retention, LTV, and revenue
  • Confidence working with customer data, testing frameworks, and high‑volume automated campaigns
  • A commercially minded, proactive approach with the ability to influence stakeholders across the business
