Paid Media Lead / Performance Marketing Manager ~£450–£600 per day (Interim) ~ We're working with a globally recognised live entertainment organisation that is investing heavily in the future of its digital marketing capability. As part of a significant transformation programme, our client is building a brand-new in-house paid media function that will support a portfolio of high-profile events across multiple international markets. This is a rare opportunity to join at the beginning of that journey, helping shape processes, influence strategy and make an immediate commercial impact within a fast-growing team. The Paid Media Lead / Performance Marketing Manager will take ownership of paid acquisition campaigns across a dedicated regional market, driving ticket sales through highly effective digital advertising. You'll work closely with the Head of Paid Media to establish best practice, improve performance and help build a scalable centre of excellence from the ground up. Lead the planning, execution and optimisation of paid media campaigns across Meta, with growing activity on TikTok and Snapchat. Build and manage campaigns from the ground up, ensuring strong commercial performance and return on investment. Analyse campaign performance, identify opportunities and continuously optimise results. Help establish scalable paid media processes as the new in-house function continues to grow. 8–12 years' experience managing high-performing paid social campaigns. ~ A commercially focused mindset with the ability to make confident decisions using imperfect or evolving data. ~ Experience delivering measurable acquisition and revenue growth in a fast-moving environment. ~ Native or fluent language skills for your allocated market (Spanish, Dutch or German preferred). Candidates with extensive experience managing market campaigns using English will also be considered. Join a major digital transformation programme from day one.
