As the organisation centralises its global marketing capability, they're looking for an exceptional

Interim Head of Performance to lead one of the most business-critical workstreams across the group.

The Interim Head of Performance will take ownership of the global performance marketing function from day one, helping to define how performance media operates across multiple international markets while laying the foundations for a scalable centre of excellence.

  • Lead a complete audit of Meta account structures, tracking, attribution and measurement across a complex international portfolio.
  • Drive the design and implementation of a future-ready martech ecosystem alongside Technology and Insights teams.
  • Build the performance marketing operating model across the 4 regions
  • Assess agency and in-house capabilities, helping transition from decentralised marketing teams into a centralised function.
  • Provide strategic leadership while remaining hands-on within advertising platforms, data and account architecture.

  • Proven experience delivering large-scale performance marketing transformation programmes.
  • A strong track record within private equity-backed or high-growth environments where speed and commercial outcomes are critical.
  • Advanced expertise across Meta, attribution, conversion tracking, measurement frameworks and performance analytics.
  • Experience selecting technology partners, implementing martech solutions and building high-performing teams.
  • Confidence influencing senior stakeholders across international organisations. Experience within live events, ticketing or multi-brand businesses would be highly advantageous.
