We're working with an Entertainment venue investing heavily in digital growth, customer experience, and marketing automation. This is a unique opportunity to lead CRM at both strategic and hands‐on levels. You'll be part of a purpose‐driven organisation, ready to elevate its customer engagement through best‐in‐class data and platforms.

The Head of CRM will own the entire customer lifecycle – from acquisition to retention to service – driving targeted, multi‐channel campaigns and leading a team of eight across CRM management and delivery.

The Head of CRM will:

  • Lead a team of eight across CRM strategy and execution.
  • Build and optimise multi‐channel journeys via Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Email, App, SMS, WhatsApp).
  • Use SQL and data‐driven techniques for deep segmentation and campaign targeting.
  • Collaborate with senior leaders and tech teams to align CRM with business goals.
  • Enhance behavioural and lifecycle campaigns to maximise member retention and engagement.

You will need:

  • 6‐7 years' experience in CRM within subscription or membership‐based businesses.
  • Strong proficiency in Salesforce Marketing Cloud and SQL.
  • Proven leadership experience in high‐volume campaign environments.
  • Ability to manage CRM databases of 1m+ contacts with strategic clarity.
  • Confident stakeholder engagement and cross‐functional collaboration skills.
