We're working with an Entertainment venue investing heavily in digital growth, customer experience, and marketing automation. This is a unique opportunity to lead CRM at both strategic and handsâon levels. You'll be part of a purposeâdriven organisation, ready to elevate its customer engagement through bestâinâclass data and platforms.
The Head of CRM will own the entire customer lifecycle â from acquisition to retention to service â driving targeted, multiâchannel campaigns and leading a team of eight across CRM management and delivery.
The Head of CRM will:
- Lead a team of eight across CRM strategy and execution.
- Build and optimise multiâchannel journeys via Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Email, App, SMS, WhatsApp).
- Use SQL and dataâdriven techniques for deep segmentation and campaign targeting.
- Collaborate with senior leaders and tech teams to align CRM with business goals.
- Enhance behavioural and lifecycle campaigns to maximise member retention and engagement.
You will need:
- 6â7 years' experience in CRM within subscription or membershipâbased businesses.
- Strong proficiency in Salesforce Marketing Cloud and SQL.
- Proven leadership experience in highâvolume campaign environments.
- Ability to manage CRM databases of 1m+ contacts with strategic clarity.
- Confident stakeholder engagement and crossâfunctional collaboration skills.
