Location: Central London (Hybrid – 3 days office, 2 days remote)

Our client is a fast-growing consumer wellness brand that has established itself as a market leader within its category and is experiencing significant growth across ecommerce channels. With Amazon already generating significant annual sales and ambitious expansion plans across the UK, Europe, and the US, they are seeking an exceptional Head of Amazon to take ownership of channel performance and drive the next phase of growth.

This is a highly visible role reporting directly to the CEO and Co-Founder, offering the opportunity to shape strategy, influence key business decisions, and lead Amazon growth across multiple international marketplaces. The successful candidate will combine commercial acumen, marketplace expertise, and strong leadership skills to deliver best-in-class performance across trading, retail media, content, and operational execution.

The Head of Amazon will:

  • Own the Amazon P&L across the UK and European marketplaces, delivering revenue, profitability, and growth targets.
  • Lead trading strategy and execution across Prime Day, Black Friday, Cyber Monday, product launches, and seasonal campaigns.
  • Manage and optimise Amazon Ads, retail media investment, SEO, content, and catalogue performance.
  • Drive international growth across key European markets while supporting future marketplace expansion.
  • Manage agency relationships and collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, operations, finance, and supply chain teams.

The role requires:

  • Great hands-on Amazon experience across Seller Central and/or Vendor Central.
  • Proven experience owning Amazon P&L performance and delivering sustainable revenue growth.
  • Strong expertise in Amazon advertising, retail media, listing optimisation, and marketplace strategy.
  • Experience managing agencies and influencing multiple stakeholders across a business.
  • Excellent analytical, commercial, and reporting skills with a data-driven approach to decision making.
