This newly created position offers the opportunity to shape a critical capability from the ground up while working alongside senior leaders across commercial, product, and engineering functions.

The GTM Engineer (RevOps) will play a pivotal role in designing and scaling the systems, workflows, and automation that power the entire revenue lifecycle. This is a rare opportunity to become the first dedicated GTM engineering hire within a high-growth Fintech environment, giving you significant ownership, visibility, and influence from day one.

The GTM Engineer (RevOps) will:

  • Build and optimise revenue-generating systems across sales, marketing, and customer functions
  • Design scalable automations that eliminate manual processes and improve efficiency
  • Create integrations between CRM, marketing, analytics, and commercial platforms
  • Develop AI-powered workflows that enhance decision-making and commercial performance
  • Build intelligence models that improve pipeline visibility, deal prioritisation, and forecasting accuracy

You Will Need:

  • Experience within RevOps, Sales Operations, Growth Operations, or GTM Systems roles
  • Strong knowledge of CRM platforms such as Salesforce and associated GTM tooling
  • Experience working with APIs, automation platforms, integrations, or low-code solutions
  • Strong commercial awareness and understanding of revenue funnels and pipeline management
  • Ability to translate business challenges into scalable technical solutions and measurable outcomes
