The Events Executive will focus on the planning, coordination, and delivery of regional events and sponsorship activity, ensuring every touchpoint is professionally executed, compliant, and delivers measurable value.
- Plan and deliver regional events, seminars, and sponsored activities
- Manage end-to-end event logistics, suppliers, venues, and hospitality
- Support sponsorship activation to maximise regional visibility
- Coordinate pre- and post-event communications to drive engagement
- Ensure events meet brand, regulatory, GDPR, and health & safety standards
You Will Need
- Experience supporting or delivering events within a marketing function (roundtables, client dinners, gala dinners, conferences etc) - corporate/financial professional services/luxury events
- Confidence managing suppliers, venues, and external partners
- Strong organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail
- Ability to juggle multiple events and deadlines simultaneously
- Understanding of compliance, hospitality, and risk management principles
