Your Role: Executive Search PartnerAs an Executive Search Partner, you\’ll lead senior‐level searches across marketing, digital, and commercial disciplines. You\’ll work directly with clients at C‐suite and –1 level, manage high‐value assignments, and play a key role in shaping our executive proposition.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and nurture a network of senior candidates and clients

Win and deliver retained and exclusive mandates at executive level

Build long‐term relationships that drive growth and increase market share

Manage full‐cycle recruitment processes with precision and professionalism

Provide strategic insight and thought leadership to clients and peers

Negotiate complex deals and influence key decision
