A high-growth performance marketing agency in London is hiring for a Digital Growth Director to join their London team. The agency specialises in working with Ecommerce brands across the Fashion, Retail & Lifestyle space.

  • Lead digital growth strategy across 4-5 major Ecommerce accounts
  • Build integrated performance plans across Paid Search, Paid Social, SEO, and Creative
  • Guide senior client stakeholders through forecasting, reporting, and growth planning
  • Contribute to internal innovation, AI adoption, and training programmes

Requirements:

  • 6-10 years’ experience working in multi-channel digital marketing roles
  • Agency background or in-house experience at an Ecommerce brand
  • Strong background working with Retail or Fashion brands
  • Expertise across full-funnel performance marketing channels
  • Commercial confidence with KPIs including ROAS, CAC, MER, and revenue forecasting
