This role sits at the heart of a small, collaborative marketing & creative team, where pace is high, standards are exacting & autonomy is real. You’ll play a central role in shaping brand consistency across multiple markets, supporting retail partners & producing a high volume of polished, on‑brand creative. The Creative Designer will act as the creative lynchpin, delivering high‑quality brand assets at pace while protecting tone, look & feel across all channels & markets.
Role Highlights- Create a high volume of on‑brand creative assets across social, retail, print & digital channels
- Support international retail partners with B2B & B2C creative materials
- Act as a brand guardian, ensuring consistency across multiple markets & platforms
- Balance speed with quality, prioritising effectively in a fast‑moving environment
- Manage & develop a creative‑leaning Marketing Executive
- Proven hands‑on experience in an in‑house or agency design role
- Strong Adobe Creative Suite skills, particularly InDesign, Photoshop & Illustrator
- Experience working with premium or luxury brands, with a strong eye for detail
- Confidence producing assets across print, digital, social & video formats
- Commercial awareness & the ability to juggle multiple briefs & deadlines
- £35,000–£40,000 salary reflecting senior, hands‑on responsibility
