The Commercial Insights Analyst will turn complex commercial metrics into clear, actionable stories that improve revenue performance, pricing effectiveness, and digital conversion.
Role Highlights- Analyse pricing, revenue, booking, and demand trends to uncover commercial opportunities.
- Use GA/GA4 data to interpret traffic behaviour, acquisition channels, and digital performance.
- Build insightful dashboards (Power BI/Tableau) that support self-serve decision making.
- Evaluate customer value, repeat behaviour, and lifetime value to steer marketing investment.
- Produce competitor benchmarking and market performance insights to guide strategic choices.
- Strong experience in commercial analysis, ideally within multi-site or hospitality-led environments.
- Advanced BI skills using Power BI or Tableau, including confident DAX usage.
- Ability to translate data into meaningful recommendations for non-technical stakeholders.
- Solid understanding of Google Analytics/GA4 and digital performance metrics.
- Strong grasp of revenue concepts (ADR, RevPAR, occupancy patterns, channel mix).
- 10% annual bonus on top of base salary.
