The Assistant Merchandiser will support trading performance through data analysis, market insight and cross-team collaboration, helping shape commercial decisions that drive revenue and customer engagement.

Role Highlights
  • Analyse sales data to identify gaps and opportunities across categories
  • Partner with sales teams to guide product acquisition and improve offer mix
  • Monitor on-site performance and flag risks impacting conversion

You Will Need
  • Degree or relevant commercial experience in merchandising, ecommerce or retail
  • Strong Excel skills with confidence handling and interpreting data sets
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to turn insight into action
  • Clear communication skills with confidence presenting to stakeholders
  • Exposure to SQL or Power BI (advantageous, not essential)
