The Senior Influencer & TikTok Shop Manager will lead influencer and affiliate activity across TikTok Shop, building high-performing creator partnerships that drive measurable revenue, customer acquisition, and long-term brand engagement.
Role Highlights- Lead TikTok Shop influencer and affiliate strategy across multiple campaigns
- Build and scale creator partnerships from micro-influencers to top affiliates
- Drive GMV growth through affiliate activity, creator bundles, and live selling
- Manage influencer campaigns from outreach through to reporting and optimisation
- Collaborate with creative and e-commerce teams on launches and trading activity
- 3–5+ years’ experience within influencer marketing, TikTok Shop, or affiliate partnerships
- Strong understanding of TikTok Shop performance, creator commerce, and conversion strategy
- Proven success delivering measurable sales growth through influencer campaigns
- Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, and communication skills
- Analytical mindset with experience using campaign insights to improve ROI
- Flexible remote working pattern (occasional travel)
