The Head of Digital and Data will

  • Develop and deliver a long‑term strategy across digital, data and market intelligence, aligned to business growth objectives.
  • Lead marketing analytics, customer insight and performance reporting to support evidence‑based commercial decision‑making.
  • Oversee digital platforms, websites, CRM systems and marketing technology to maximize performance and user experience.
  • Build market intelligence capabilities that identify growth opportunities, customer behaviors and competitive trends.
  • Lead, develop and inspire a specialist team while championing innovation, AI and data‑driven marketing across the organization.

You Will Need

  • Significant leadership experience across digital marketing, data, analytics or market intelligence functions.
  • Website transformation and management experience (Hub Spot).
  • Strong knowledge of CRM systems, marketing technology, analytics platforms and digital ecosystems.
  • Excellent analytical, commercial and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior leaders across the business.
