We’re working with a high-growth business that partners with a mix of high-street names and fast-growing challenger brands to deliver best-in-class ecommerce experiences.
With a portfolio of multi-year digital transformation projects already underway and a steady stream of enterprise-level wins, they’re looking for a Head of Design to lead, inspire, and grow their design function. You will join a close-knit senior team during a period of growth and change, with plenty of room to shape the future of the brand's design output and culture.
What they need –
- Someone with a strong ecommerce and D2C background (non-negotiable)
- A digital design leader who can confidently guide a growing team while remaining hands-on when needed
- Someone experienced in both UX and UI, with the ability to lead discovery sessions, interpret briefs, and drive creative excellence
- A people-first leader who can manage, mentor, and inspire, while supporting a high-performing design squad already in place
- Someone with multi-brand exposure who can thrive in a fast-paced, project-based delivery structure (agency exposure not essential but useful)
