We’re working with an innovative, high-growth consumer brand delivering premium products through a design-led digital experience. With an ambitious growth trajectory and a strong foothold across the UK and Europe, they’re looking for a talented Digital Design & Creative leader to elevate their visual identity across all channels and touchpoints. This is a massive opportunity to shape creative at the heart of a disruptive and design-conscious brand.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the creative direction of a D2C brand with a clean, compelling and conversion-focused visual identity.
  • Design for performance as well as aesthetic appeal in ecommerce.
  • Craft UX/UI design for high-performing consumer websites, with a deep understanding of CRO best practices.
  • Inspire and collaborate across teams, bringing strong communication skills and commercial thinking.
  • Manage creative projects end-to-end with clarity, autonomy and an eye for detail.

Requirements:

  • Experience in campaign thinking, brand look and feel, and social first content.
  • Strong UX/UI sensibility and a passion for optimising ecommerce experiences.
  • Proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Ability to leverage CRO insight to enhance digital journeys and maximise user engagement and conversion.

Working in a hybrid model – 2 days office based.
