The Growth Marketing Manager will lead activity that generates new business, drives qualified leads, and strengthens brand presence. Working closely with the CMO, you will shape and deliver integrated campaigns across digital, email, content, events, and website, with measurable commercial outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver multi-channel lead and demand generation campaigns that feed the sales pipeline
- Oversee website content, SEO, and CMS updates for accuracy and optimisation
- Manage email marketing end-to-end, including automation, segmentation, and analytics
- Guide and quality-check the Marketing Executive’s output to ensure consistent high standards
- Support event marketing, from promotion to live delivery, aligned with growth goals
Qualifications
- 3–5 years’ experience in growth or demand generation within B2B, ideally in high-growth or investor-backed environments
- Proven ability to run integrated campaigns across digital, content, and events
- Advanced Mailchimp skills and strong WordPress knowledge
- Data-driven mindset with experience in Google Analytics and reporting
- Creative skills in tools like Canva, Veed, and LinkedIn Ad Manager
