• Senior Global Innovation Manager – NPD
• £55,000–£65,000 + 15% bonus
• London | Hybrid 2 days in the office

The Senior Innovation Manager will lead the full innovation lifecycle from white-space ideation to product launch, ensuring every new concept aligns with real consumer insights and delivers strong commercial results.
Role Highlights
- Drive the development of new products from concept to launch, grounded in data, insight and storytelling.
- Create clear project briefs defining design, pricing, packaging, and commercial metrics.
- Lead cross-functional collaboration with marketing, operations, design, and co-manufacturers to ensure seamless delivery.
- Own and manage project budgets and P&L, ensuring scalability and profitability.
- Present proposals and progress updates to senior leadership, influencing future innovation strategy.
You Will Need
- Proven success leading end-to-end innovation within FMCG or consumer goods.
- Expertise in shaping white-space opportunities, not just managing NPD timelines.
- Financial acumen and confidence in building and presenting P&Ls.
- Creative, strategic mindset with excellent organisational and influencing skills.
- Experience collaborating across global teams and managing multiple high-impact projects.
