This organisation combines a commitment to luxury with ethical production, manufacturing its products locally using UK-sourced materials. You will work hand-in-hand with the CEO, driving strategic initiatives and supporting day-to-day operations. This role demands a strategic thinker and hands-on executor capable of navigating high-impact projects, with exposure to every facet of the business—from project oversight to communication management and operational support. You’ll be at the forefront of company growth, a unique stepping stone for anyone aiming for a future Chief of Staff role. Key Responsibilities Manage and prioritise a variety of tasks, balancing operational and strategic duties with efficiency. Serve as a key point of contact, ensuring smooth communication between the CEO, internal teams, and external partners. Lead project oversight, keeping critical initiatives on track and meeting milestones. Support daily operations, from inventory checks to coordinating logistics and maintaining relationships.
