The Affiliate Executive will manage and scale affiliate partnerships while driving performance across emerging channels, including TikTok Shop, ensuring consistent revenue growth and partner engagement.
Role Highlights – core tasks & impact- Manage affiliate programmes daily, including partner onboarding and optimisation
- Build relationships with creators, publishers and specialist partners
- Support and grow TikTok Shop activity to increase revenue streams
- Analyse campaign performance, delivering actionable weekly insights
- Identify and secure new partnership opportunities to drive acquisition
- 1–2 years' experience in affiliate or digital performance marketing
- Strong analytical skills with confidence using Excel for reporting
- Experience with affiliate platforms such as Awin, Impact or similar
- Commercial awareness with a proactive, results-driven mindset
