With executive-level backing and minimal legacy constraints, this is a rare opportunity to shape a brand from the ground up. You’ll join a business that values creativity, experimentation, and fast iteration where your ideas directly influence visibility, customer perception, and commercial outcomes.
As Brand Manager, you’ll bring order to ambiguity, elevate a respected name in the L&D space, and establish a scalable marketing foundation that supports long‑term growth. The Brand Manager will lead brand development, oversee multi‑channel marketing activity, and build the structure needed to take the brand’s next major leap.
Role Highlights- Build and own the brand marketing calendar and roadmap for campaigns
- Develop and refine brand voice, messaging and visual identity across all touchpoints
- Shape ICPs and personas to guide content, campaigns and go‑to‑market alignment
- Collaborate across sales, product and customer teams to harmonise messaging
- Lead content review, approvals and governance to maintain consistency
- 5–7 years’ B2B marketing experience within consulting, L&D or professional services
- Proven ability to lead campaigns, ABM initiatives and integrated GTM activity
- Strong writing, editing and storytelling skills with a clear, enterprise‑ready voice
- Confident cross‑functional collaborator able to earn trust quickly
- Proficiency with HubSpot, GA4, keyword strategy and digital optimisation tools
- Build a brand function from the ground up with full executive support
