Are you a 360 Recruiter looking to move into executive search? This role requires a minimum of 3 years of contingent recruitment experience.

3Search is a specialist recruitment agency focused on recruiting in the marketing and digital space. We cover both permanent and contract roles across Digital Marketing, E-Commerce, UX, Search Engine Marketing, Marketing & Communications, CRM, Analytics, Product, GTM, Project Management, and much more.

In 2024, we had our best-ever revenue year, even better than 2022. A large part of our investment in 2024 was growing our executive proposition, and we are looking for an Executive Search Researcher to join the team.

Responsibilities:

  • Building and managing an engaged network of senior candidates within the marketing and sales industries
  • Conducting senior-level searches and market maps
  • Managing a full-cycle recruitment process
  • Appreciates and provides thought leadership to ensure understanding of the relationship between activity and results
  • Managing complex negotiations
  • Working within a team to deliver on both individual and team targets
  • Positively promote the 3Search brand in the market
