With over 14 annual events to their name, they have earned a reputation for precision logistics and strong client relationships. Now, with expanding portfolios and new venue partnerships, they are hiring a Senior Events Executive to take ownership of end-to-end delivery and drive innovation in event execution.
The Senior Events Executive will run the full logistics lifecycle of 14+ events per year—from venue negotiation to speaker coordination and on-the-ground execution. This role is central to keeping events smooth, well-branded, and commercially sharp.
The Senior Events Executive will:
- Manage all logistics for 14+ B2B conferences annually
- Coach junior event staff and share best practice processes
- Introduce branding and operational improvements year-on-year
Proven experience managing logistics for multiple conferences is required, along with strong commercial awareness and supplier negotiation skills. Fluency in Microsoft Office is essential.
