I am working with one of the leading Private Equity firms in the Technology space and have 25 years experience specialising in technology and software. They are a super innovative and forward thinking business, and have fostered an amazing company culture off the back of this.
My client are expanding their team and looking for an Events Executive to support with the planning and execution of their events for their Portfolio brands. The events will range from everything from webinars, to dinner parties, conferences, and hospitality.
The Events Executive will:
- Planning and executing event logistics, including venue research, transportation arrangements, activity coordination, and providing on-the-day event support.
- Conducting brand imagery research and creating event-related materials including emails, registration forms and landing pages.
- Handling event expenses, stakeholder gifts, and coordinating team travel.
- Organising the annual events calendar in collaboration with senior stakeholders across the business.
- Hosting and facilitating webinars.
Required skills and experience for the Events Executive:
- Experience running events in Financial or Professional Services firm.
- Strong stakeholder management.
- Strong organisation and communication skills.
- Positive, can-do attitude.
