The Sales and Events Manager will drive corporate and private event revenue, crafting tailored experiences that delight visitors and exceed financial targets. This is a strategic yet hands-on position, giving you full oversight of event lifecycle delivery—from concept and pricing to execution and partner collaboration.
The Sales and Events Manager will…
– Design and optimise event packages for corporate and private hire
– Own sales funnel management including cold outreach and lead conversion
– Conduct competitor benchmarking to refine offerings and pricing
– Set and monitor OKRs and KPIs for event success
– Lead CRM optimisation, forecasting, and weekly performance reporting
You Will Need
– Proven success in venue or events sales across the full lifecycle
– Familiarity with platforms like TagVenue, HeadBox, and DesignMyNight
– Strong client-facing presence with negotiation and partnership-building skills
– Data-led decision-making, especially for profitability tracking and reporting
– Experience using CRM tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or Mailchimp
