The Senior CRM Manager will lead the strategy, development and optimisation of a sophisticated cross-channel CRM programme, driving customer acquisition, engagement, retention and loyalty. Role Highlights
  • Develop and deliver a customer lifecycle CRM strategy spanning acquisition, onboarding, retention and win-back activity
  • Build and optimise automated customer journeys across email, SMS, WhatsApp, phone and other key channels
  • Drive segmentation, personalisation and testing strategies to improve engagement, conversion and customer value
  • Partner with sales, product and customer service teams to create a seamless customer experience across all touchpoints
  • Analyse campaign and customer performance data to identify opportunities and continuously improve results
You Will Need
  • Strong Salesforce Marketing Cloud expertise including Journey Builder, Automation Studio, segmentation and reporting
  • Someone who can operate at both a strategic and executional level and is comfortable wearing both hats
  • SQL experience with the ability to build audiences and targeting segments
  • Proven success leading CRM or lifecycle marketing programmes within a customer-focused, data-led organisation
  • Excellent analytical and commercial skills, using customer insight to inform strategy and decision-making
  • Experience managing stakeholders, budgets and team members in a fast-paced growth environment
