Now, they’re looking for a Performance Marketing Manager to own and elevate their customer acquisition strategy—delivering growth across Meta and Google channels.
The Performance Marketing Manager will lead paid performance strategy and delivery across Meta and Google platforms, blending data with creativity to drive consistent ROI and growth.
Responsibilities- Own and execute high-budget paid media strategy across Meta and Google Ads
- Build data-led campaign frameworks and optimise CAC, ROAS, and retention
- Use creative testing and performance insights to scale winning campaigns
- Collaborate with brand and e‑commerce teams to align on messaging and priorities
- Translate data into actionable creative concepts that convert
- Strong in paid media roles, ideally within DTC or e‑commerce
- Strong hands-on expertise with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads platforms
- Proven ability to manage 6–7 figure budgets profitably
- High confidence with GA4, Triple Whale, Shopify analytics and attribution
- A creative mindset with the ability to brief and test performance‑driven assets
