The Performance Marketing Executive will take ownership of multi-channel paid media activity across a portfolio of live commercial campaigns, working within a newly established regional team.

This is not a business-as-usual role—you'll help shape new ways of working, optimise campaign performance and contribute to building a best-in-class performance marketing function from the ground up.

The Performance Marketing Executive will

  • Plan, launch and optimise paid media campaigns across multiple digital channels.
  • Manage performance marketing activity across Meta, Tik Tok, Snapchat and other relevant platforms.
  • Monitor campaign performance, budgets and ROI, making data-led recommendations to improve results.
  • Collaborate with regional marketing teams to deliver commercially successful campaigns across multiple European markets.
  • Help establish scalable processes and best practices as the central marketing function continues to grow.

The Performance Marketing Executive will ideally have

  • Proven experience delivering high-performing paid media campaigns with measurable commercial results.
  • Strong hands-on expertise across platforms such as Meta Ads Manager, Tik Tok Ads and other paid social channels.
  • A pragmatic, commercially focused mindset with the ability to make decisions in fast-moving environments where data may not always be perfect.
  • Experience managing budgets, analysing campaign performance and optimising activity to maximise ROI.
  • Native or fluent Spanish, Dutch or German language skills would be highly desirable.

Alternatively, experience managing campaigns across European markets would be highly advantageous.
