This newly created role reflects increased investment into digital channels and a clear ambition to accelerate revenue while maintaining strong profitability. As the business continues to expand internationally, the organisation is strengthening its marketplace leadership capability to support sustainable, high‑impact growth.
The Global Head of Amazon and Marketplaces will take full commercial ownership of Amazon and wider marketplace performance, overseeing trading, marketing and growth strategy end to end. This role blends strategic leadership with hands‑on execution, requiring someone who can confidently pull all commercial levers to drive performance. The Global Head of Amazon and Marketplaces will partner closely with finance, operations and marketing teams to deliver aggressive but disciplined growth. The Global Head of Amazon and Marketplaces will also lead test‑and‑learn initiatives to optimise pricing, media and promotions. The Global Head of Amazon and Marketplaces will play a pivotal role in shaping the future marketplace roadmap within the health and wellness category.
Role Features:
- Own full marketplace P&L delivery, including sales growth, margin and profit contribution.
- Define and execute trading strategy across pricing, promotions and category expansion.
- Lead dynamic pricing initiatives to maximise Buy Box share and ASIN‑level profitability.
- Oversee full‑funnel marketplace advertising across Sponsored Ads, DSP and retargeting.
- Plan and deliver promotional strategies around Prime Day, peak trading periods and seasonal campaigns.
Responsibilities and Qualifications:
- Bring strong experience managing Amazon (3p/ Seller Central) and marketplace trading with full commercial accountability.
- Demonstrate advanced understanding of advertising efficiency metrics such as ROAS and TACoS.
- Be highly analytical, able to translate search, keyword and customer data into actionable insights.
- Have experience managing agencies and platform partners to deliver performance and innovation.
- Thrive in fast‑paced, entrepreneurial environments with a test‑and‑learn mindset.
