The Digital Analyst will act as the in‑house expert on GA4, championing data quality, actionable insights, and performance analysis across web journeys. From maintaining tracking infrastructure to mapping user behaviour, this role delivers the insights that drive smarter decisions and commercial success.
The Digital Analyst will:
- Own and evolve the GA4 tracking strategy to reflect business needs
- Analyse full user journeys to highlight friction points and growth opportunities
- Create custom dashboards and reports for a wide range of stakeholders
- Maintain robust Google Tag Manager setups and resolve tracking issues
- Collaborate with digital content, CRO, SEO, and campaign teams to align insights
You will need:
- Deep experience in GA4, including custom events and funnel analysis
- Hands‑on GTM knowledge and understanding of tag governance
- Strong communicator with the ability to distil complex data into clear insights
- Background in digital analytics within a medium or large organisation
