Following sustained growth and investment, they’re now hiring a Commercial Lead to own and optimise Customer Lifetime Value across every key touchpoint.

The Commercial Lead (LTV) will drive retention, monetisation, and reactivation strategies to deliver measurable business impact.

The Commercial Lead will…

  • Take full accountability for retention, reactivation, and customer monetisation strategies.
  • Define and maintain self-serve LTV reporting tools to support cross-functional decisions.
  • Guide product and data teams on features that directly influence commercial performance.
  • Create actionable customer segments and personalisation strategies to maximise value.
  • Lead initiatives that boost the adoption of upsell products, rewards, and loyalty propositions.

You Will Need:

  • 3–5 years in a commercial, growth, or retention-focused role within a D2C or subscription business.
  • Confidence with LTV metrics (e.g., churn, ARPU, payback, cohort analysis).
  • Experience in influencing senior stakeholders and prioritising initiatives across teams.
  • Strong analytical skills with a bias for action and measurable impact.
  • Bonus: familiarity with Looker or similar BI tools.
