We are working with a PE backed, high-growth DTC Sports brand to help them hire for a newly created role on their team, an Ecommerce Trading Manager. You’ll join a fast-moving Ecommerce function where decisions are driven by insight, customer behaviour and commercial impact - giving you the chance to shape how shoppers discover, evaluate and buy across multiple regional storefronts.

If you enjoy blending merchandising craft with experimentation, and you like partnering with marketing, product and operations to turn traffic into revenue, this is a role where your work will be visible and measurable from week one.

You will own day-to-day trading across multiple DTC sites, lifting conversion rate, AOV and revenue through smarter ranges, promotions and continuously improving journeys.

About the Role:
  • Own product range, onsite promotions and trading calendars
  • Elevate onsite merchandising around launches and key moments
  • Improve journeys with UX partners using customer insight and data
  • Lead a structured experimentation roadmap with a CRO agency
  • Champion international stores, aligning regional support and execution
About You:
  • Proven eCommerce trading experience across multiple brands or markets
  • Strong UX/UI instincts plus hands-on testing and optimisation
  • Shopify expertise and confidence with analytics reporting
  • A/B testing know-how (e.g., GA, AB Tasty, Microsoft Clarity)
  • Clear stakeholder communication and a pragmatic, collaborative style
