We’re working with an ambitious SME in the Sports Retail sector to help them find an Ecommerce Manager for their team in Surrey. With a thriving online business that has grown to £6m and a strong brand presence across their websites and 3rd party marketplaces, they have plans to scale digital performance further!
If you’re an analytically minded ecommerce expert ready to take ownership of trading, marketing and user experience, this could be the perfect next step. This is a hands-on role, where you will own the digital performance of three websites and Amazon channels - ideal for someone who loves getting stuck into trading reports, customer journeys, content creation and campaign execution!
What you’ll be doing in the role:
- Manage and optimise their Shopify site to drive weekly sales growth
- Analyse customer journeys and conversion data to recommend CRO improvements
- Lead Amazon trading and own KPI-led performance reviews
- Oversee product listings, pricing and stock movement across all channels
- Collaborate with agencies to deliver paid and organic marketing campaigns
- Lead their CRM & Email strategy (Klaviyo) including automation flows and lifecycle
- Analyse conversion and trading data weekly, adjusting tactics to hit margin-focused revenue targets
Experience you’ll need:
- 3+ years in an Ecommerce role in an SME B2C environment
- Skilled in Shopify, Amazon, Klaviyo
- Excellent copywriting and communication skills
- Analytical and commercial
- Full driving licence & Access to a Car due to location
