Overview
We are working with an ambitious SME in the Sports Retail sector to hire an Ecommerce Manager for their Surrey-based team. The online business has grown to around £6m in revenue, with a strong brand presence across their websites and third-party marketplaces, and plans to scale digital performance further.
Responsibilities
- Manage and optimise the Shopify site to drive weekly sales growth
- Analyse customer journeys and conversion data to recommend CRO improvements
- Lead Amazon trading and own KPI-led performance reviews
- Oversee product listings, pricing and stock movement across all channels
- Collaborate with agencies to deliver paid and organic marketing campaigns
- Lead CRM and Email strategy using Klaviyo including automation flows and lifecycle campaigns
- Analyse conversion and trading data weekly and adjust tactics to hit margin-focused revenue targets
Qualifications
- 3+ years in an Ecommerce role in an SME B2C environment
- Skilled in Shopify, Amazon, and Klaviyo
- Excellent copywriting and communication skills
- Analytical and commercially minded
- Hands on with Email and Trading
- Full driving licence and access to a car due to location
- Must have good grades and a degree
- Hybrid working – 3 to 4 days office based
Location and compensation
Location: Surrey (3 to 4 days office-based)
Salary: £45,000 – £55,000 (may be some flex for a superstar)
