We're working with a niche Travel brand in West London to help them hire for an Ecommerce Manager. The brand is backed by a major PE firm with a track record of scaling some of the UK's most loved consumer businesses.
Their unique offering in high-end, experience-led travel, ambitious growth plans and fiercely loyal customer base, makes this a rare opportunity for a hands on Ecommerce Manager to join at a transformative stage of it's journey, as they gear up to double revenue in the next 3 years!
The Role:
- Take full ownership of website performance, journey optimisation, and internationalisation
- Lead all things digital: CMS updates, agency management, analytics, CRO, SEO and paid media
- Use tools like GA4, GTM, and testing platforms to track, analyse, and improve site performance
- Spot friction points and optimise the end-to-end journey across online and offline touchpoints
- Own the roadmap: from fast wins to strategic transformation, with budget and support to execute
- Work hand in hand with their paid media agency on acquisition
Essential Skills:
- Strong experience managing and optimising ecommerce websites end-to-end
- Proven ability in CRO, analytics, and data-driven decision making
- Track record of improving customer journeys and conversion rates
- Knowledge of acquisition and retention strategies in ecommerce
- Strong stakeholder management skills with ability to influence senior leaders
