It\'s a brand new role created to support the teams exciting growth and upcoming projects across the online trading and category teams. You’ll get exposure to product launches, merchandising processes, creative copywriting, and digital content optimisation. This role offers a blend of analytical and creative work!

Please note, this is a remote first business but you must be based in the UK. Their HQ is in Bournemouth so if you are local, you can work from the office!

About the Role:

  • Support the category merchandisers with new product launches, promotions and updates.
  • Write and edit product descriptions and on-site content.
  • Resize, optimise and upload imagery.
  • Identify issues through regular site walks (content errors, image bugs etc).
  • Use Google Sheets/Excel to track updates and data accuracy.
  • Maintain product pages and ensure categories are up to date.

About You:

  • Entry level experience in Ecommerce would be ideal
  • Understanding of CMS platforms (Umbraco or similar)
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Enjoys working across both creative (copy/image) and analytical (data, Excel) task
  • Photoshop or similar tools experience
  • A self-starter who is curious and confident asking questions and eagerness to learn
  • Comfortable using Excel or Google Sheets (VLOOKUPs and formulas)
