We are working with a well-established online retailer operating across fashion, home, lifestyle, and outdoor categories. With sales channels spanning Amazon, Mirakl platforms (Tesco, Debenhams, B&Q), and direct retail websites, the business provides a fast-paced, hands-on environment where you’ll gain a comprehensive view of e-commerce operations. This is an exciting opportunity to join a young, close-knit team and contribute directly to the growth and success of multiple brands.
The E-Commerce Assistant will support content management, listing optimisation, and operational tasks across marketplaces, ensuring products are accurately represented and efficiently processed. You will have the chance to develop practical skills across listings, shipments, and customer service while supporting a proactive workflow.
Role Highlights- Create and optimise product listings across Amazon, Mirakl, and Shopify.
- Update product pages, images, manuals, and user guides to enhance customer experience.
- Monitor and manage FBA & AGL shipments, liaising with suppliers for timely stock delivery.
- Assist with customs clearance, order processing, returns, and occasional customer service queries.
- Contribute to streamlining operational workflows within a small, dynamic team.
- Previous experience in e-commerce marketplace management (Amazon, Mirakl, Shopify).
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage variable workloads and prioritise effectively.
- Some customer service experience is preferred to support client interactions.
- Up to £30,000 per year with standard pension contributions.
- 30 days paid annual leave including bank holidays.
