The Account Director will lead strategic Paid Search delivery across top-tier accounts while developing high-performing Account Managers and strengthening cross-functional collaboration.

  • Develop quarterly and annual roadmaps aligned to commercial goals
  • Drive cross-team collaboration with Data and Product specialists
  • Identify and implement process improvements across accounts

Strong commercial awareness and ability to manage scope and delivery.

Experience leading and developing Account Managers or similar roles.

Β£53,000 - Β£61,000 base salary with bonus potential.
