Job Description
DIGITAL DESIGNER (PART-TIME / FULL-TIME) – FAST-GROWING PREMIUM D2C BRAND
This is an opportunity to join a rapidly scaling, design-led consumer business at a pivotal stage of growth. You’ll play a key role in shaping and evolving a premium visual identity across digital, social and on occasion physical touchpoints, with your work seen and used daily as the brand continues to expand.
It’s a hands-on, varied role suited to a digital-native designer who enjoys ownership, pace and creative breadth.
What they need
- An ecommerce native who can deliver high-quality web pages, ensuring visual consistency and upholding the premium brand TOV
- Someone who loves building and evolving brands, with a strong eye for detail and consistency
- A designer to develop and maintaining the brand look & feel, ensuring everything feels cohesive & premium – from website pages, to bringing campaigns to life across social (organic & paid), and other digital marketing channels
- You’ll also be able to support ad-hoc with product packaging design and print assets – from labels, inserts, and POS, working confidently with suppliers to deliver a seamless multichannel brand experience
- Someone who thrives in a fast-moving, scale-up environment where no two weeks look the same
- A designer who enjoys owning projects end-to-end, from concept through to execution
- Someone confident collaborating closely with founders and cross-functional teams
What you’re great at
- Digital design for websites, landing pages and UI, using Figma with usability and conversion in mind
- Translating premium health/wellbeing/beauty brands into seamless multichannel experiences – elevating design quality and consistency
- Brand identity development, visual systems and maintaining brand guidelines
- Creating campaign assets for organic and paid social across Instagram, TikTok and Stories
- Translating digital brand identity for print and packaging
- Using Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) across brand, marketing and commercial assets
