About the Role
The Lifecycle Marketing Manager will drive customer acquisition, engagement, retention, and reactivation across a suite of healthcare products. Collaborating with performance marketers, product managers, and CRM specialists, this role ensures a seamless and engaging customer journey. The Lifecycle Marketing Manager will implement data-led strategies to optimise conversion rates and maximise customer lifetime value.
Essential Skills:
- 4+ years of experience in lifecycle marketing, CRM, or retention marketing in a fast-growing consumer business.
- Proficiency in lifecycle marketing platforms such as Braze, Iterable, Klaviyo, or Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Strong experience in segmentation, automation, and personalisation within customer journeys.
- Data-driven mindset with experience in SQL, Looker, Amplitude, or Google Analytics.
- Expertise in A/B testing and optimising lifecycle strategies through experimentation.
