3Search is seeking a CRM Manager (Email & SMS) in London to own the two core channels end-to-end, from calendar planning to automated flows. This focused role emphasises deep expertise in email and SMS to drive engagement and revenue in a fast-growing fashion brand.
You'll lead a test-and-learn programme, optimise flows (welcome, browse, cart, post-purchase, replenishment and win-back) and use Klaviyo to sharpen segmentation and deliverability, reporting to Head of Retention.
