The Creative Strategy Manager will lead the charge on delivering high-performing social content across paid and organic channels, turning insights and ideas into campaigns that build brand equity and drive acquisition.
Role Highlights- Shape and deliver social-first creative strategies across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn and more
- Partner with in-house teams and agencies to produce a high volume of standout creatives
- Build playbooks and frameworks for rapid testing and creative optimisation across markets
- Monitor cultural trends, new formats and AI tools to keep campaigns relevant and competitive
- Manage budgets, pipelines, and production schedules to ensure constant creative refresh
- 6–8 years in creative strategy, content, or social media roles (agency or fast-growth brand)
- Expertise in platform behaviours and what makes content perform across channels
- Proficiency with tools such as Figma, Adobe Suite, Canva, or motion/video production software
- Strong project management skills to juggle multiple campaigns and stakeholders
- A track record of shaping creative direction and aligning with brand and performance goals
