They need someone who can fuse brand storytelling with data-driven performance and lead the direction of short-form, high-impact content across paid channels. This is a pivotal hire within a rapidly growing global team. You’ll help define how creative and performance work together to drive best-in-class paid social output.
What They Need
- Someone who blends creative ideation with data-led thinking and thrives in a performance-driven environment.
- Someone confident turning performance insights into creative direction - from writing hooks & scripts, to storyboarding concepts, taking ideas through multiple iterations to deliver ad creative that drives new customer acquisition.
- A creative strategist with experience in a D2C/Ecommerce (this is non-negotiable) - any exposure to health/wellbeing brands or a personal interest in the space is highly desirable.
- Someone comfortable collaborating across marketing, content, design and performance teams to align on a cohesive paid ad strategy.
- A digital creative who’s excited by delivering work at pace, ideating fast and working closely with marketing, brand, and social teams to grow brand awareness and engagement.
- Someone who brings initiative and energy, and thrives in a growth-focused, remote-friendly environment (requirement to be accessible to London for ad-hoc shoots/events etc).
What You’re Great At
- Coming up with great visual concepts that translate across paid social - creative concepting, scripting, storyboarding and campaign ideation.
- Crafting scroll-stopping ads, with emotional hooks and smart CTAs.
- Understanding performance metrics (particularly Meta/TikTok) and applying data to creative output.
- Translating insights into clear creative recommendations - advising across teams and stakeholders and driving paid ad creative best practice.
- Working fluidly with growth marketing, designers, copywriters and content teams.
- Navigating fast-growth, digital-first environments with confidence and clarity.
