This is an opportunity to join one of the UK's fastest-growing digital consumer businesses at a genuinely exciting stage of its journey. Following significant investment and a period of rapid growth, the marketing foundations are firmly in place. Now, the business is looking for someone to build the next competitive advantage: a world-class creative engine that fuels performance marketing.

This isn't a traditional Creative Strategist role. It's an opportunity to sit at the intersection of creative, growth and technology, owning how ideas are generated, tested, scaled and continually improved. You'll work alongside senior marketing leaders, shape how creative decisions are made and build AI-enabled systems that help a lean team produce exceptional work at scale.

If you enjoy building processes, challenging assumptions and proving that creative can be the biggest driver of commercial growth, you'll feel right at home.

What they need:

  • Someone who's owned performance creative rather than simply contributed to it, with a proven track record of improving acquisition metrics through stronger creative strategy, structured experimentation and commercial thinking. You're comfortable being accountable for results, not just output.
  • Someone who can bridge the gap between insight and execution, taking customer behaviour, performance data or strategic hypotheses and turning them into creative concepts, scripts and briefs that designers, editors and creators can execute with clarity and confidence.
  • Someone who's built repeatable creative systems, not just campaigns. You'll know how to establish testing frameworks, learning repositories and creative workflows that allow teams to improve continuously rather than relying on one-off successes.
  • A collaborative leader who enjoys bringing different disciplines together. You'll work across growth, creative, content and external partners, helping everyone move towards shared commercial objectives whilst mentoring and developing creative talent along the way.
  • Someone excited by the potential of AI to transform creative operations. Beyond using AI tools day-to-day, you'll have experience building workflows, automations or connected systems that genuinely improve efficiency, consistency and creative quality.

What you're great at:

  • Developing high-performing creative strategies across paid social channels, with particular strength in Meta and experience across other consumer acquisition platforms.
  • Writing exceptional creative briefs, ad copy, scripts and concepts that combine customer insight with commercial objectives.
  • Designing structured testing methodologies that generate meaningful learning, improve creative quality and drive measurable business growth.
  • Using analytics platforms and performance data to evaluate creative effectiveness, identify opportunities and inform future concepts.
  • Working confidently with AI tools, automation platforms and modern creative technology to streamline workflows and scale creative production.
  • Building trusted relationships across marketing, creative and commercial stakeholders, influencing decisions through both creative instinct and data.
  • Managing or mentoring designers, editors, creators or agency partners, raising the quality bar whilst creating an environment where people can do their best work.

What you'll get:

  • Fully remote working, with flexible hours and optional access to co-working spaces across the UK.
  • Enhanced annual leave, with the option to purchase additional holiday.
  • Comprehensive private medical insurance and an excellent pension contribution.
  • A generous annual budget to support your home working environment.
