The TikTok Affiliate Manager will spearhead a brand-new affiliate programme, focused on building a high-impact network of creators who can drive measurable revenue through TikTok – even without access to TikTok Shop. You'll play a pivotal role in shaping strategy, scaling performance, and helping Popsa overcome the unique platform limitations of personalised products.

The TikTok Affiliate Manager will:

  • Recruit and manage a pipeline of TikTok creators
  • Launch seasonal campaigns (e.g., Mother's Day, Christmas) that convert engagement into affiliate revenue
  • Build creative toolkits and onboarding content to enable creators to showcase the brand authentically
  • Analyse and report on campaign and creator performance, adjusting tactics in real time
  • Partner with internal teams to develop TikTok-native content and evolve the affiliate strategy over time

You will need:

  • Demonstrable success running affiliate or creator marketing programmes – ideally on TikTok
  • Solid understanding of TikTok’s creator economy and platform-specific challenges
  • Creative problem-solving skills to navigate TikTok Shop restrictions
  • Strong commercial mindset and experience tracking metrics like CTR, ROI, and conversions
